Nolan S. Weeks is the Executive Vice President, Co-Founder, and Head of Implementation at HealthCred. With 20 years of experience in Florida Law Enforcement & Corrections, he is a retired Jail Administrator from the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections. Nolan brings firsthand expertise in jail operations, inmate healthcare, and cost-saving strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of HealthCred’s solutions. His deep understanding of correctional systems allows him to bridge the gap between facility needs and healthcare access, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs for jails.
Steve Casey serves as Executive Vice President at HealthCred, bringing over 45 years of leadership in public safety and criminal justice. He previously served as Executive Director of the Florida Sheriffs Association for 15 years, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, and held leadership roles with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, and Florida Lottery. Steve is a lifetime member of both the FBI National Academy and Florida Sheriffs Association, and holds a Master’s in Management from Troy University.
Carlos Torres is the Director of Insurance Services at HealthCred, overseeing insurance operations and agent management. He leads a team of agents, ensuring seamless policy processing and enrollment while working directly with each facility to customize coverage solutions. Carlos plays a key role in optimizing healthcare access for inmates and maximizing cost savings for correctional facilities.
